My sister told me I should call it “Hak Gu Lak Guak” pie (Cantonese)
During r&d, I tasted this pie, and I love the taste. Firstly the blackberry and cherries are sweet, but the pie itself is again not too sweet but refreshing and creamy. Together with the crunchy Oreo + black sesame crust 🤤
A pie that look good and taste good too 👅
